City States: Mechanist

In every army of the City States, as it marches to war, there is always at least one Mechanist overseeing its operations. While some may assume their role is solely to ensure the efficient functioning of the army and its crucial machinery, both large and small, that support the City State's military endeavors, their true purpose goes beyond that. What often goes unnoticed is that these Mechanists are tasked with enforcing the rules and parameters laid out in their Lexicons by their Divinity, to ensure that reality itself aligns with their divine principles.
