Though technically immortal spirits, the destruction of a Yoroni’s physical form is still a grave fate, as they are cast back into the elemental hells. This traumatic experience can strip them of their hard-earned enlightenment and power, often taking centuries for them to ascend back into the Prime Domain. However, the Onmyoji have discovered a way to expedite this process for the greatest warriors of the Yoroni. By recovering their armor and inscribing their true name, these ancient fighters can return to the battlefield, assisting their incarnated allies while earning merit and Enlightenment to hasten their ascension.
