Early War Waffen-ss Squad (1939-1942)

As World War II erupted in 1939, the Waffen-SS were undergoing their transformation from a political paramilitary force into a hardened frontline combat unit. First deployed in the invasion of Poland, they quickly developed a reputation as highly motivated and well-equipped shock troops.
