Ebenezer Chummage (English)

Former Royal Navy ship’s cook, Ebenezer Chummage now haunts the fishy alleys of Venice. His grayish, sea-salted sideburns are braided like old rope, and the nauseating smell of offal clings to his salt-encrusted apron. He cuts his way through the canals with a knife. You may not know what’s in the stew, but with Ebenezer, it’s better not to ask.
