The Celestian Empire's Navy is a brainchild of Empress Shinzua, who, as Speaker of the fleets, swiftly expanded her control to encompass all aspects of naval warfare, in addition to her originally more mundane areas of responsibility. The Empire has earned its reputation as a global naval powerhouse, particularly following its resounding victories at Tsushima and Myeongnyang during the Anglo-Russian Korean Expedition. While all coastal nations within the Empire independently design, construct, and crew their sea-going vessels, they ultimately serve the overarching authority of the Blazing Sun.
