Empire of Dust Army

The dust legions are equipped for death in the same way as they were for life. Infantry regiments carry large shields and fight with spears or a variety of ancient weapons in hand. Ranged troops are usually equipped with bows and some of the more skilled archers shoot from the backs of horses, harassing the enemy with arrows and driving them into the shield walls of the infantry. The high priests of the Ahmunites know no limits or taboos. In their effort to create armies of the dead, they even plunder the ancient tombs of the nobility, using their unholy magic on the embalmed bodies of past kings and queens.
