Hill Tribesmen

The hills west of Rohan are home to numerous fragmented tribes, long fueled by their growing hatred for the Rohirrim. Despite years of unsuccessful raids on Rohan's villages, these tribes have now united under Wulf's leadership, transforming into a formidable force capable of threatening Edoras itself.
