Late French Line Infantry (1812-1815)

“En avant!” The cry echoes through the ranks as the blue columns begin their advance across the battlefields of Europe. Known as “Les Bleus,” the French Line Infantry embody the driving force of Napoleon’s Grand Armée, forged through campaigns against Prussia, Austria, Spain and Russia, and culminating in the final clash against Wellington and Blücher at Waterloo in 1815.
