Malifaux is a twisted mirror of an alternate Earth in the 1900s, a world of gothic horror, Victorian architecture, steampunk constructs, and wild west gunslingers. In these unstable and perilous lands, undead amalgamations, monstrous apparitions, and other supernatural entities roam the darkness. Despite the constant danger, some still venture here, drawn by Soulstones—valuable resources buried deep within cavernous catacombs, worth far more than the risks required to obtain them.
