Pride of the Nekomata Detachment

The Pride of the Nekomata Detachment represents the Ainu of Rishiri Island, a reclusive and spiritual people bound to the Kami of nature. Some islanders inherit extraordinary powers, merging with feline Kami to become Nekomata—hybrid man-beast warriors with superhuman abilities. Each Nekomata assumes the name of their Kami and retains physical traits and memories from previous incarnations, maintaining a living link to the history of the Warrior Nation.
