The new Commonwealth wave of miniatures and rules expansion for Fallout: Wasteland Warfare arrives! Infected with the Forced Evolutionary Virus (FEV), Edgar Swann takes up residence in the groundskeeper's shack of a long-abandoned park. Slowly, the virus twists and enlarges him, transforming him into the nightmarish Swan.
