The Regulators Posse

The Regulators Posse is led by the young and headstrong William "Billy" McCarty, famously known as Billy The Kid. Bold and impetuous, he often clashes with Western legends, notably Jesse James, whom he sees as a relic of the outlaw age. Billy fully embraces Enlightened RJ-1027 technology, using this “juice” to power his modern weaponry in criminal exploits ranging from bank and stage robberies to street brawls, and occasionally, simply “settling an argument.”
