Malifaux is a twisted mirror of an alternate Earth in the 1900s, a world of gothic horror, Victorian architecture, steampunk constructs, and wild west gunslingers. Filled with undead amalgamations, vengeful apparitions, and other creatures that lurk in the dark, these near-lawless lands are still traversed by some, drawn by the Soulstones buried deep within cavernous catacombs, whose value far exceeds the blood and sweat required to obtain them.
